Homerton Hawthorn is a limited edition A3 giclée print by UK artist Warren Garland, based on an original ink drawing made from life on a grass verge in East London. The tree stands just outside the Glove That Fits pub in Homerton—half-watching the traffic, half-holding its own.
Printed on 308gsm Hahnemühle Photo Rag using archival pigment inks, this edition preserves every leaf and line of the original drawing. Each print is signed, titled, and numbered on the front, with an additional signature on the reverse.

According to English folklore, hawthorn trees are fairy trees—so beware falling asleep beneath one. This one didn’t offer any abductions or supernatural sightings (not even a squirrel), but it did offer a quiet kind of defiance. Surrounded by roads, but still holding court.
A perfect gift for lovers of myth, urban nature, and humour that leans dry.
