London Fields, Ink Drawing on Hand-Casted Cement Tile

Hand drawn with light fast inks on 5 cm x 5 cm hand cast snow cement tile.

This tropical little number also resides in london fields. Hiding behind a couple of other trees and around the back of the toilet block, this tree also probably has sheltered many drunken park drinker in need of relief. The name of the tree is Anacua and is normally found in subtropical environments, it is as known as the sandpaper tree due to it rough leaves, so it’s definitely well suited to the London Fields of the past.
